Procedures & Protocols


The health and safety of our guests and employees are our top priority here at the The Green Bridge Inn. We are continuously monitoring our protocols to align with expert guidelines set forth to combat COVID-19. As a part of the effort, Eagle County has encouraged all residence and guests to follow the Five Commitments of Containment while enjoying our beloved valley:


  • Maintain 6 feet of social distance

  • Wash hands often

  • Cover face in public

  • Stay home when you are sick

  • Get tested immediately if you have symptoms

Please make sure to wear a mask upon arrival. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. All guests are asked to wear a mask in all indoor and shared public areas including the lobby, provisions store, liquor store and elevator. We are lucky to offer outdoor hallways and access to each guest room. Please be curtious of others and wear your mask around other guests outside when you are unable to maintain 6 feet distance.

Cleaning Process & Housekeeping


Guest Rooms

The Green Bridge Inn continuously provides a safe and healthy environment for our guests and employees.  All rooms are cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival to the highest standards and with approved cleaning solutions from the CDC. For your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our staff, we do not currently offer daily housekeeping service. Housekeeping is available every 4th day of your reservation and occurs between 10am & 2pm - we ask that you vacate the room while our staff is cleaning. Please let us know if you need extra coffee, towels, blankets, etc. We appreciate your understanding.


Public Spaces and Common Areas

All public spaces and common areas including high touch areas in the lobby and front desk area, public restrooms, elevator, stairway handrails, entry doors and door handles are cleaned frequently throughout the day.  All areas are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards and with approved cleaning solutions by the CDC.

Check-in/Check-Out Procedures


Check-in time is at 3:00pm and Check-out time is at 10:00am.  We are making the best effort to prepare your room to our highest sanitation standards, therefore occasionally we might not be able to guarantee early arrivals or late departures.  We appreciate your understanding.


During your arrival, we ask that guests wear face coverings and utilize the hand sanitizer at the Front Desk. A plexi-shield has been installed at the Front Desk  and our retail desks for your health and safety during the check-in process.  For our check-in procedure, our front desk agent will provide you your room information, and a key card. All reservations will be charged to the card on file on arrival to aid in the efficiency of the contactless check-in process. We still request that you show your ID and sign the registration card with one of our sanitized pens.
